The flagship in Prenzlauer Berg developed into a cultural meeting point. It attracted artists, journalists, diplomats, students and travellers. It consciously conveyed a different image of Thailand from the distorted one that had emerged from mass tourism — the highest quality, including aesthetically, with the finest service.
